Within 2 to 3 years, every home will have a permanent property record.
The Problem
For as long as real estate has been transacted, every property closes without one.
For decades, real estate has relied on a collection of documents to define a property: the deed records ownership, the title confirms the chain, the survey outlines the boundary, the appraisal estimates value, and the inspection captures a single moment in time.
What’s missing is just as important as what’s included.
No permanent record exists of what was actually built. No verified record of the materials used, the systems installed, or the standards those decisions were held to. No continuity that follows the property from one owner to the next.
Each closing resets the story. Each transaction starts from fragments. The most critical details—those that define how a home performs, how it impacts health, how it affects the environment, and what it truly costs over time—are lost, recreated, or guessed at again and again.
The industry has never had a permanent property record that captures and carries this level of truth forward—one that not only documents a property, but filters and validates it against a consistent standard.
That gap has existed in every closing, on every property.

The Shift
The market is already moving toward healthier, more responsible homes. Bluefield turns those decisions into a permanent property record.
The Solution
A permanent property record—defined not just by what it captures, but by what it proves.
Not just a record that captures information, but one that qualifies it.
The solution is a permanent property record — one that is not only comprehensive, but also built on documentation of what was constructed, installed, and completed, filtered through the HEF matrix, aligned with Bluefield Standards, and updated as future work is completed.

Introducing. . .
The PASSPORT:
the permanent property record by Bluefield
Built or renovated—documented. Analyzed. Confirmed. Permanently tied to the address—not the owner. Present in every closing file from issuance forward.
Every record is built on documentation of what was constructed, installed, and completed—then elevated through Bluefield’s HEF matrix:
Health. Environment. Financial Intelligence.
This is the distinction.
It’s not simply a record of a property’s past—it’s a standardized, living profile of how that property performs. How it impacts the people inside it. How it interacts with the world around it. And what it truly costs over time.
Tied to the address—not the owner—the Passport follows the property forward, embedding clarity, continuity, and accountability into every future transaction.
The result is the Bluefield Home Health Passport™—a permanent property record, filtered and defined by Bluefield Standards, and carried with the property for life.
The Home Health Passport™
your clients will experience home in an entirely new way

Why
Bluefield Changes Everything
The Bluefield Passport establishes a new standard—capturing what has never been consistently or permanently recorded at the property level:
Healthy Living — how the home impacts the people living inside it.
Earth Friendly — how the home affects the world around it.
Financially Intelligent — what it truly costs to own, operate, and maintain over time.
This isn’t an add-on. It’s a missing layer of truth—now embedded into the life of the property.

In Short:
How Bluefield’s Passport Works

The Bluefield Builder Workflow

Bluefield makes the process frictionless.
A builder or developer submits their materials list, specifications and certifications through the Bluefield Systems builder/developer portal.
Every submission is captured, organized, and AI-assisted through the HEF matrix — Healthy Living, Earth Friendly, Financially Intelligent — and is mapped to the Bluefield Standard.
Materials and systems aligned to Bluefield Standards are accepted into the Passport. When the Passport is issued to a developer, or from a builder to a homeowner, the property owner now has access to the Passport. At closing, a QR code gives the access to the Passport — permanently tied to the address. Bluefield Systems hosts the Passport and maintains the access layer for the record.
From that point forward, the Passport is the permanent property record — present at every future closing, without the builder or developer having to do anything more.
Bluefield is the new standard in real estate.
